The green witch is a naturalist, an herbalist, a wise woman, and a healer. She embraces the power of nature; she draws energy from the Earth and the Universe; she relies on natural objects like stones and gems to commune with the land she lives off of; she uses plants, flowers, oils, and herbs for healing; she calls on nature for guidance, and she respects every living being no matter how small.

Lavender symbolizes stillness and purification. As incense, it softens the noise of the world and allows us to find peace.
Lavender is usually known as a summer harbinger of sunshine, but when its dried blossoms smolder on the embers, it reveals its second, deeper side. The smoke is spicy, slightly bitter, and carries a melancholic weight that is wonderfully suited to these dark days.
It is an ancient form of purification. Not loud and demanding, but quiet and comforting. As the cleansing smoke rises, time seems to stand still for a moment. Everything slows down: thoughts, worries, the heartbeat. A small ritual of stillness and tranquility before night falls.
Have a magical evening

Hello everyone, really excited that my book has just been published ! It covers the magical properties of the herbs and plants I use in my garden and the stories that surround them and how I use as a commercial witch. I hope you like it. ~ Bea St. Clair
