Mashed Potato Puffs recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
3. Fill a mini muffin tin with the potato mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. Allow the puffs to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
