Water does not stay in a sieve,

nor gold in a generous pocket,

Nor patience in love,

Let him be patient who can!

Be content with three glasses,

Three glasses of pure wine,

And if three are not granted you, then drink one gladly..

Learn from the juice of the grape,

Which fills the three glasses

That life is a trinity Of Heart, soul and mind..
