A group for those who choose to journey in Life, along the path of the Heart Divine.
This group is about sharing and connecting with others, who have discovered something so utterly simple; and yet at times, almost impossible to live up to.
Here we share the mysteries we are discovering about the Heart Divine.
Here we share the impact of this on our very lives
and on how we are in the world.
Here we share with others who are living in the mystery of the Heart Divine, at the very core of their being.
Here we share whatever inspires us, the joy of being a channel of Divine Love, expressing as our very lives.
I hope to meet you here, as that great "lover" Rumi once said, "out beyond ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing", on the playing field of LOVE.

Some changes look negative on the outside but you will soon realise that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.

There are days when you feel it’s just not your day, and that everything is going wrong. The more you try, the worse the situation becomes. Everyone has days like that. That’s when it’s time to stop everything, go home and take refuge in yourself.
Rearrange everything - your feelings, your perceptions, your emotions - they’re all scattered everywhere; it’s a mess inside. Recognise and embrace each emotion . . . Practice mindfulness and concentration, and tidy up everything within yourself. This will help you restore your calm and peace.
Thich Nhat Hanh
Your feelings will guide you if you have the courage to tap into them and listen.
You are not your doubts, fears, limits, and frustrations. These are just feelings showing you areas of your life that need attention.
Your doubt shows you where you have a lack of confidence.
Your fears show you where there’s not enough love.
Your limits show you where you need to grow.
Your frustration shows you where you feel you are powerless.
Once you are aware of the areas to work on - the things actually behind the feelings - you can begin to change . . . . Our feelings are the most genuine way to gain understanding about ourselves and the path to the best version.

Be the kind of person who is not afraid to ask someone if they are okay twice if they say they are, but look like they are not. Be the kind of person who smiles at people even if they do not smile back. Be the kind of person you wished for when no-one was there for you. Be the kind of person who is brave enough to stand alone in a crowd for what is right. Be that person because we need more people like that in the world.
Nikita Gil
Notice who shows up when you have nothing to offer but yourself. Notice who stays when you stop performing. Notice who celebrates when you choose yourself.

'Slowing downwards' refers to more than simply moving slowly, it means growing down towards the roots of one’s being. Instead of outward growth and upward climb, life at times must turn inward and downward in order to grow in other ways . . . . Slowing downwards creates opportunities to dwell more deeply in one’s life, for the home we are looking for in this world is within us all along.

Some periods of our growth are so confusing that we don’t even recognize that growth is happening. We may feel hostile or angry, or weepy and hysterical, or we may feel depressed. It would never occur to us, unless we stumbled on a book or a person who explained it to us, that we were in fact in the process of change, of actually becoming larger, spiritually, than we were before.
Whenever we grow, we tend to feel it, as a young seed must feel the weight and inertia of the earth as it seeks to break out of its shell on its way to becoming a plant. Often the feeling is anything but pleasant. But what is most unpleasant is the not knowing what is happening. Those long periods when something inside ourselves seems to be waiting, holding its breath, unsure about what the next step should be, eventually become the periods we wait for, for it is in those periods that we realize that we are being prepared for the next phase of our life and that, in all probability, a new level of the personality is about to be revealed.

Life is a matter of perspective. There are many people who may know you, but there are very few who understand who you are.

Empathy has no script. There is no right way or wrong way to do it. It's simply listening, holding space, withholding judgment, emotionally connecting, and communicating that incredibly healing message of 'You're not alone'.

I listened to this song on my hike yesterday and I marveled that the composer is expressing way back in the late 1970s, what so many of us who inhabit this community - not just this group committed to living from the spiritual heart divine - but the whole Moondance community are committed to - "And the men who hold high places, must be the ones to start, to mold a new reality closer to the heart".
What amazes me most is that with such sentiments receiving a LOT of airplay beginning so very long ago, this was one of Rush's eternally popular songs, so little has actually changed in the world of "reality".
