I contacted Ning and embarrassed myself. If you enter the code in Custom CSS, the theme will also display on your page.
Please remember, it's Ning 3.0.
Thank you, I use the css for a nother 3.0 site and had no issues
HERE it doesn't even give me a preview of it before I save it...
For now I used the editing that it gives, have no idea why it
Will not take my coding... Just one more reason I will not
Change from 2.0 TO 3.0 , 2.0 is set up for social networking
3.0 is set up for Business platforms...
This is why we can do things in 2 that you can not do in 3 ...

It's not letting me customize

No matter what I try !

well I have tried to customize my personal page but it will not let me,
customize box will not give me a preview of the theme code I tried 5 times , eighter it is set to not let customized codes work or the customize box is having an issue... And it's not my coding THEY work in every Ning site that allows customizing your profile page.
I'm not the creator or appointed member management
So I can not check WHY it is not letting me
Customize my personal page...
