'Ocean picture rock' from British Columbia yes and it is actually 'blue calcite',...I google searched your image and thats what it told me it was,... which are also the two bottom pictures that I showed you below and the top picture one I shared is of moss agate.. which is often found mostly in India, Brazil, Uruguay, central Europe, and the western United States, now the ones you showed in your pictures are of un-tumbled versions & a slice of a blue calcite picture rock..
They look like minature sea scape paintings aye..is it blue calcite?,or larimar? sometimes has a similar effects,so does moss agate...all are pretty..
