Get into the festive spirit with this Non-Alcoholic Mulled Wine! This comforting, spiced drink combines grape juice and fragrant spices, perfect for cozy gatherings during Christmas, Thanksgiving, or any chilly night.

Ingredients:

4 cups grape juice (or pomegranate juice for a tart twist)
1 cup apple cider or cranberry juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1 orange, sliced
1 cinnamon stick
4-5 whole cloves
2-3 star anise
2-3 slices fresh ginger
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Fresh rosemary or cranberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
Combine Ingredients:

In a medium saucepan, pour the grape juice, apple cider, and orange juice.
Add the orange slices, cinnamon stick, cloves, star anise, and ginger.

Simmer:
Heat over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Then, reduce the heat to low and let it gently simmer for 15-20 minutes, allowing the spices to infuse.

Sweeten and Flavor:
Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavor.
Stir in the vanilla extract if desired for a touch of warmth.

Serve:
Remove from heat, strain out the spices, and pour into mugs.
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig, a cinnamon stick, or a few cranberries for an extra festive touch.

Serving Tips:
Serve warm in heatproof mugs or glasses, with extra orange slices or a cinnamon stick for garnish.

Storage:
Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove before serving.
