A topic that I’ve been fascinated with for years, are our self-healing powers and everything that is possible, once we look inwards and start healing ourselves. This is why I am especially grateful to be able to share a new podcast episode with you today, where you can watch the interview with the wonderful Anita Moorjani. Anita Moorjani is a New York Times bestselling author and international speaker.
Anita became known for the story about her near-death experience, which she wrote about in her book Dying To Be Me. After a severe case of cancer, Anita fell into a coma in which she went through her near-death experience with an out-of-body experience, after which she was sent back. In this moving interview, she speaks about her experience. We talk about why self-love is the key to healing and how you can learn to connect to your self-love and inner voice in your day-to-day life. Anita also speaks about why the ability of receiving and self-care are extremely important for all of us. I hope you enjoy this inspiring interview!
In the interview with Anita Moorjani you’ll learn:
what it means to experience unconditional love,
how important it is to love yourself,
what can happen, if you don’t love yourself and don’t take good care of yourself,
how you can connect to your self-love in your day-to-day life,
why you can only be there for others and truly love them if you love yourself.
I really hope this episode moves you and at the same time encourages you to keep putting the focus on your self-love and to take good care of yourself.
