A corner of Art Nouveau light - Winter garden of the Schott House - Nancy - France.

Schott House, historic site and monument, is considered a fundamental work for Nancy School stained glass art made between 1863-1900.

The interior decor features murals in a very innovative floral style that uses Nancy's School themes and motifs. The glass panels of the painter and glazemaker Antoine Bertin date back to 1900. This series of leaded windows feature glass motifs of lilies, ribbons, clematids, tulips and iris in shades of purple, blue and yellow. Architect : Georges Biet. (M.R.Magliocca)
