  I wondered what they were once in a salad at a restarurant and I just bit straight into it, and was quickly spitting it out in a tissue,geepers they taste totally aweful,I resembled them to rotting vegetable matter,pretty as they are,they certainly are an aquired taste..just one thats totally not for me lol..I'll just use their oil only.
